Officers

Edward Flood, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Flood has over 35 years of experience in international mining. He is currently the Chairman of Western Lithium USA Corp., and was previously the Deputy Chairman of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. and its founding President. Prior to joining Ivanhoe, Ed was a principal at Robertson Stephens & Co., an investment bank in San Francisco where he was a member of the investment team for the Contrarian Fund, a public mutual fund focused on natural resource development projects around the world. He also served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Byron Capital Markets from 2010 to 2012 and was Managing Director, Investment Banking for Haywood Securities (UK) Ltd. From 2007 to 2010. He holds both a bachelors and masters degree in Geology.

Toby Mayo, B.Sc., LL.B, President

Mr Mayo has over fifteen years of comprehensive and varied experience within the mining and metals space, with recent focus on corporate development and transaction-related consulting. He began his career with Rio Tinto as an Exploration Geologist working in Latin America, as well as Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Prior to joining Concordia Resource Corp., Mr. Mayo worked as a Senior Technical Advisor and Consultant at Ivanhoe Mines Ltd in Mongolia, and throughout Southeast Asia and Australia. He was more recently an Investment and Business Planning Consultant with Hatch, based in London, England, where he worked extensively with the financial services sector in commodities-related transactions. Mr Mayo holds honours degrees in law and in geology.

Eduard Epshtein, CA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Epshtein received a Diploma of Technology, with honors, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2005 while specializing in the mining group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP audit and assurance practice in Vancouver.   Mr. Epshtein was previously employed as controller of four public exploration companies where he managed the financial reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. He is also chief financial officer of Canada Energy Partners Inc. an oil and gas company.

Douglas R. Bowden, M.Sc, Senior Vice President

Mr. Bowden has over 30 years of experience in the minerals exploration industry throughout North and Central America. In 1975, Mr. Bowden began his career with Noranda as an exploration geologist. His professional career rapidly evolved from field geologist to serving in a variety of management and executive positions. Prior to joining CCN, Mr. Bowden was vice-president, exploration, for Gold Summit Corp.

During his career, Mr. Bowden successfully managed large exploration programs for Amselco Minerals, a subsidiary of BP Minerals, Kennecott, and Great Basin Exploration and Mining, a subsidiary of Gencor, directing both regional generative exploration programs, as well as managing large projects involving extensive drilling. Mr. Bowden also ran his own consulting business in the late 1990s. In January of 2007, as an independent contractor, Mr. Bowden assumed management of the Company's Ruby Hill project in Nunavut.

Mr. Bowden holds an MSc in geology from Michigan Technical University, is a registered professional geologist in the state of Utah and is a qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 standards.

John Rice, M.Sc., P. Geo., Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Rice brings over 30 years of minerals exploration experience to the company. A field oriented geologist he has worked extensively in the western US, Argentina, Mexico, and Venezuela generating and evaluating a wide range of viable mineral targets. Mr. Rice began his career exploring for uranium and gold in Wyoming and has previously been employed with Chevron Resources, Freeport Gold, Crown Resources, and Inmet USA. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Rice ran an independent consulting business for 10 years and provided geologic services to companies involved with precious and base metal exploration in the Great Basin and Latin America. Mr. Rice is Certified Professional Geologist.

Karl Cahill, B.A., Vice President, Investor Relations

Mr. Cahill has spent the last 10 years in the United States working as a consultant to emerging public technology, biotechnology and resources companies. He has been responsible for raising over US $100 million in funds, significantly increasing shareholder value and generating top tier licensing deals, partnerships and merger and acquisition opportunities. 
Mr. Cahill's career spans 17 years in the public markets. He was previously Investor Relations Manager for Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. Mr. Cahill completed his undergraduate studies in Finance at the University of Westminster in London, England, speaks English, German and French, and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and North America.

Tracy Hansen, Vice President and Corporate Secretary

Tracy Hansen is a securities paralegal with over 15 years of experience in providing regulatory and management services to public and private companies, primarily in mining and resource development.  Ms. Hansen is the Corporate Secretary of Western Lithium USA Corporation.  Prior to this she was Vice President, Operations at Nexvu Capital Corp, a boutique venture capital company, and Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Bell Copper Corporation.  Ms. Hansen has worked with a number of exploration and development companies focused on uranium, copper, zinc and gold in Nevada, Canada and Mexico.
