Koumameyong and Mimongo (AngloGold Ashanti JV)
Concordia's Mimongo and Koumameyong gold licenses cover more than 4,000 square kilometers in the heart of AngloGold Ashanti's own exploration package. A joint venture between AngloGold Ashanti and Concordia, signed in 2009, provides for Concordia to have an option of 20% on any resources that are compliant with a NI 43-101 or equivalent Technical Report. Concordia will be carried until the resource justifies a feasibility study, at which point it can contribute or be diluted. A cohesive four kilometer gold anomaly has been defined within mafic metasediments. Follow-up work is being carried out by AngloGold Ashanti.
